Saturday snapshot

This is the view of the oldest cabin on my Great-Uncle's Island in the middle of Michigan. Every time I see this photo, I smile and think back to all of the memories that were created at this peaceful place. Our little slice of paradise.

I'm linking up with Kim over at yellow songbird check it out!

Hold on, your Great-Uncle has his own ISLAND?!?!

This looks like a great place for a retreat from busy life.

Hahaha, yeah, it's been in the family for a few generations. It's pretty sweet. It's my Mum's Mum's brother. We used to use it a lot more when I was young, but I still have found memories of that place! It's only about 2 hours away, which is sweet. Michigan Rocks!! LOL just not always when the winters last from November to MARCH! something APRIL!! ugh.
