Knitting Club

So, I work at the local college in my town and well, a student who works in Student Life office said I should totally start a knitters club on campus. I really want to. But we need a name. . . I have NO idea!! I thought of Fingers of Furry, but that might not sound that great haha. . .

Any suggestions??

Cold Hands, Warm Hearts Swap!

When I got home today there was a nice little package waiting for me from Marlene my cold hands, warm heart swap partner!

I was just thinking of how I really really need some warm soft mittens because my skinny gloves were just not cutting it anymore! I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!

I love tea! It's is extra good on a cold day and or when I am feeling sick. Marlene, you must have E.S.P, because this Wellness tea is just what I need to finally kick this cold away!

Okay, so Tom is not home yet to photograph me, and I don't have a tripod (and was too lazy to set the self-timer) so bathroom mirror here I come!! I love this scarf!! I have the perfect new hat that I want to knit to go with it!! I LOVE IT!!!

Family Gathering

This past Saturday, I got up enough to go out to my Aunt and Uncle's house for a Birthday gathering. My Uncle Jerry's 60th!!!

My Uncle Denny and cousin Ben are from London Canada. My Aunt Bonnie is from Saskatoon Canada. We don't get to see them that often. Hopefully a bigger gathering next September 24 for a certain wedding :)

Finished Crafts

So, as promised, I finished my ribbon tree yesterday. I like how it turned out, even with the skinny ribbons.






It has a nice little spot on our piano.
