Tomorrow morning we are going to go look at this little love. Yes, she is smiling-so cute. Her name is Rook, and though the shelter does not do same-day adoptions, she might just be the fit for our family. Pictures of our visit to follow.

Tickle Me Tuesday

So here in N. Michigan we have been experiencing rather strange March weather-today 82 degrees, when we are normally still covered in snow. Feels more like August, but by Friday we will back to the 60s, which is still rather high for us. Anyways, lets kick off the first day of Spring with Tickle me Tuesday with Sarah!

I have been looking at new ways to package my crafts for my store and for craft shows coming up this Summer, Pretty Tape has some really adorable items!

I have my Sonoran cowl being blocked as we speak, I will be posting pictures very shortly here, but Jill is just amazing! Not only is she a new mom for the second time, she is designing knit patterns!! Jill Zielinski whom I have featured on my blog before is an amazing graphic designer. Check out her work!

I picked up this adorable pattern for Elijah other day, I cannot wait to knit it up for my nephew Joshua! I am in the midst of working on Cali's sweater (niece) though with this lovely weather why someone would need a sweater is beyond me, but with Michigan it always gets cool!

So I have decided, thanks to everyone who voiced their opinion-it really helped, and I will do Levenwick sweater-maybe end of summer-seems like a good fall cardigan. Kara (picture above) will be my new cardigan project-just has that spring feeling.

Which Sweater to Start?

Lately I have had the itch to knit another sweater-I made my prior on back in August, and haven't undergone a massive knit project like that since. Though, I really enjoyed it, I want to start another. However, I am stuck. . . I don't know which one to make. I generally like cardigans/open sweaters so I have complied a list of the follow below sweaters to ponder over. Please give me your in-put (also yarn suggestions too-I tend to learn towards the yarn that is recommended with the pattern because I hate swatching-bad I know)
